A short film depicting a troubled childhood, broken dreams, and a troubled mind. We were immediately captivated by the fast and catchy beat of the song Sudno by Molchat Doma. Despite the song being in a language we didn’t speak, the energy of frustration, escape, and sadness that the song provided worked as a perfect base for our short film. We wanted the film to be very adult, dealing with mature topics of physical abuse, drugs and alcohol, depression, and ultimately manslaughter.
